How to book?

When filling out the booking form, please give us as much information as possible so that we can send you the offer that will completely suit your needs.

After sending your inquiry, expect to receive our answer (the offer, confirmation of availability and prices) within 24 hours. Please note that discounts are not included into prices shown on our web page and discounted price is sent to you by email. Early booking discount for villa reservation is usually 5% while last minute discounts can go up to 30%.

CONFIRMING THE RESERVATION:
If our offer suits you and you would like to confirm your booking, please send us details needed for issuing the contract: full name and address of the person to whom we shall issue the invoice. Upon receiving the information, we will send you the contract and invoice which must be signed and sent back to us via email or fax. At the same time, the advance payment of 30 - 50% (depending on the chosen villa) of the total amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. This procedure should not take longer than 3 days.
You can pay via bank transfer (client covers the transfer fees), debit cards or credit cards (service fee of 2% applies). But whichever method you choose, you can rest assured that your payment is always safe.
Your credit card account will be charged in Euro. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a very slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
Your reservation is confirmed as soon as we receive signed contract and deposit payment.
Deadline for the balance payment is indicated in the payment conditions section on the invoice, in most cases that is around 4-6 weeks prior to arrival. You do not have to worry about the deadline as we will send you a short reminder a couple days before the payment due date.
Once we receive your full payment on our account, we will prepare voucher for your booking which will show that you have paid in advance services you are going to use. The voucher serves as a proof of reservation and please make sure to print it out and show it on check in!
