Most of the villas do not have on site staff but staff (such as housekeeper, chef, babysitter, masseuse, driver etc.) can be hired at an additional cost. On the other hand, in all villas either villa owner or villa representative will be at your disposal 24/7 for anything you may need while in the villa.

The villas are self-catered objects so food and drinks are not included into price. Guests should do their own shopping but there are also villas in which grocery delivery can be ordered at extra cost. There are no hidden costs and in the rental contract you will get all information what is included or not included in the rental price. There might be some add-on costs in a few locations such as pool heating, but you will be given this information before booking confirmation.

Transfer to and from the villa is not included but if you need transportation just let us know and we will order it for you.

Yes, a security deposit against damages is required in all villas. The information about the amount of security deposit that should be left upon your arrival to the villa either in cash or by credit card will be communicated to you simultaneously with unbinding offer we send you as a reply to your inquiry. In case no damage is done, the security deposit will be refunded in the same way it was paid.

In general, there is but required night minimum depends on the season and villa in question. During peak holiday periods, 7-night minimums with arrivals and departures on Saturdays are the norm. Off season, minimum stay varies from three to five nights and arrivals are possible any day of the week. Let us know which dates will suit you best and we will provide information regarding the required minimum stay.

Once your reservation is fully paid, we will send you your voucher with all necessary information as well as directions to the property from the border/airport. Tip: if you rent a car, make sure to also rent a GPS. Details of who will meet you on your arrival and show you around as well as all necessary contact numbers will be on your voucher.

Information whether pets are allowed in a villa or not, can be found on the page of each villa. In some villas pets are not allowed but there are also many of them that accept pets. Sometimes there are some restrictions regarding the number of allowed pets and their size, on the other hand, in many villas there are no such restrictions. Usually, there is a certain fee that needs to be paid per pet per day.

Depending on where you are traveling from, but usually all you need is a valid passport. If you are EU citizen, then just valid ID will be sufficient. The most suitable period for a holiday is from mid-June until mid-September (part of the year when the weather is most favorable in all aspects), which is also the period of school holidays so it can get a bit crowded. If you like high temperatures and warm sea you should go for July and August (peak season). In case you would rather opt for less warm months then late September or late May will be perfect for you. Croatia is lovely no matter what part of the year is, it all depends on your personal preferences. In case you are a winter person, we have wide range of villas fully equipped for colder months. Continental Croatia is usually covered with snow during colder months so you can enjoy the snow.

The first thing you must bear in mind when renting a lighthouse is total deprivation of unnecessary luxury, there are no stores nearby so if renting a lighthouse on an island, make sure to do the grocery shopping before getting there. Water is gathered from precipitation so make sure you buy enough water. All lighthouses have 220 V electricity. Some of them are reachable by car, but most of them are located on remote islands and can only be reached by private transfer at extra cost (paid per apartment).
