Lighthouse Susac is situated on island Susac which is surroounded by immense blue sea. On the northern side of Susac island there is a lake hidden behind the cliffs but it can be reached if you dive through a cave. Many endemic species live on the island which along with archaeological artefacts give you wonderful opportunity to discover something new. The lighthouse was built on the highest peak (100 m above the sea level) of the steep southern side of the island. Nearby the lighthouse, there’s a berth for smaller boats. The beaches are placed approximately 1 km from the building, on the eastern part of the island where the water is shallow, ideal for swimming. Transfer to Susac is organized from Vela Luka on Korcula island and on request it can be organized also directly from the airport Split. The two apartments are suitable for 4 persons each and both are placed on the ground floor. First one (approx. 43 m2) consists of two double rooms (15 m2 and 9 m2), kitchen (10 m2) and bathroom (4 m2), while the other one (approx. 68 m2) features two double rooms (18 m2 and 14 m2), kitchen (10 m2), dining room (13 m2) and bathroom (4 m2). The lighthouse keeper has his own separate quarters.
Guests provide their own meals.
