Traditional Dalmatian stone house was completely renovated in 2012 and furnished for a relaxing stay of groups of friends and/or family members of up to 8 persons. Villa Kolinda spreads on three floors and is placed in a residential part of Dubrovnik, among other holiday homes and hotels. It is placed at only 50 m distance from the sea and the nearest stone beach while the main public pebble beach is at about 600 m distance from the villa. The old town of Dubrovnik is reached within a 15 minutes walk.
