Beach apartments Mirjana are situated at less than 10 m distance from the beach Mali Rat. The house extends on three floors: 2 apartments on the ground floor and 3 apartments on the second floor while the first floor is owner's area. Each apartment has its own entrance. At guests' disposal is a secured parking lot as well.
2nd floor apartments:
Luxury apartment 1 (4+2, sea view), the newest apartment in the house built at the beginning of 2023. consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom, second bedroom, two bathrooms with shower and balcony with sea view. In the living room there is also a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for two more people.
Luxury apartment 2 (2+2, sea view, was buitl in 2019). The apartment consists of kitchen and dining room, living room, double bedroom, bathroom with shower unit and large balcony facing the sea. 2 people can sleep on a pull-out sofa (210 x 150 cm) in the living room.
Apartment 3 (2+1), renovated at the beginning of 2023, consists of a room with a double bed and a couch for additional person, a bathroom with a shower, a small kitchen with a dining table.
All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, SAT-TV, Wi-Fi, fridge, kettle, washing machine (common laundry room).
Ground floor apartments:
Apartment 4 (4+2) features a double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds, kitchen, dining and living room and a bathroom with shower.
Apartment 5 (2+1) consists of a small kitchen and dining, one bedroom with double bed and additional 3rd bed, bathroom with shower unit.
Guests provide their own meals.
